Olive Oil

The worldwide olive oil competition circuit has been swept by Australian olive oil. The Australian Standard for Olive Oils and Olive Pomace Oils (AS5264-2011) goes above and beyond the IOC's by mandating two extra chemical tests that detect freshness, quality, and whether an oil has been cut with cheap or old oil, among other things.

Canola Oil

Canola from Australia is prized around the world for its use as a food-grade oil, biofuel, and stock feed. Canola output in Australia is increasing, with an annual average of more than three million metric tonnes, accounting for 15–20 percent of global export trade. Canola is well-known for generating one of the healthiest vegetable oils on the planet, and its value as an environmentally friendly biofuel is expanding. Canola cultivated in Australia is grown in sustainable farming systems and can be certified to meet sustainability criteria for market access in Europe for biofuel use.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is a popular vegetable oil that is grown in many parts of the world. The need for higher-quality oils is driving the shift to sunflower. Our Sunflower oils are a high-quality, multi-purpose culinary oil with a long shelf life. Sunflower oil is often regarded as one of the best frying oils due to its clean flavour and neutral scent. Sunflower oil is a reliable deep-frying oil because of its mild flavour and high smoke point (220-230°C).
